Wannabe Influencer Busted for Pelting Sleeping Homeless Victims With ‘High-Powered’ Water Gun

Houston, Texas – A 34-year-old man aspiring to become a social media influencer has been arrested after allegedly targeting disabled and homeless individuals with a high-powered motorized water gun in a series of cruel drive-by attacks that he filmed and posted online for views.

Christopher Cayce faces two counts of assault causing bodily injury, according to the Houston Police Department. He was taken into custody after authorities investigated multiple incidents in midtown Houston and along the busy Bissonnet Street corridor.

Police said Cayce drove around in his vehicle, blasting unsuspecting victims — including people who were sleeping — with powerful streams of water from the toy gun. He then shared the videos on social media platforms, where some clips reportedly garnered millions of views. His Facebook page, “Tut Tut Kingdom,” which has nearly 50,000 followers, featured several such videos showing people being sprayed while walking, waiting at bus stops, or resting.

The attacks were described as particularly disturbing because they targeted vulnerable members of the community, including those who were disabled or homeless.

Cayce has been released on bond set at $100 per charge. Houston Police continue to investigate and encourage additional victims to come forward.

This incident has sparked outrage online, with many condemning the exploitative content as heartless bullying disguised as entertainment. It highlights growing concerns over “prank” videos that cross the line into criminal harassment for clicks and followers.

Authorities have not commented on whether more charges are expected as the investigation expands.
