KENNER, Louisiana — A 75-year-old man named Santa Claus was among 11 suspects arrested in a major undercover operation targeting child sex predators, according to the Kenner Police Department’s ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) task force.

Claus, who bears a striking resemblance to the holiday figure with his long white beard and distinctive physique, faces child exploitation charges following the weekend sting. Police say ten more arrests are expected.

The operation resulted in multiple individuals being taken into custody after allegedly engaging in illegal online activity involving minors.

This bust is part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement to protect children from online predators. The Kenner Police Department and partner agencies continue to investigate and pursue additional suspects.
